| March 4th, 2008 Dear Brothers & Sisters, The time has begun for Local 18 contract negotiations. We, as your negotiation committee, would like to thank everyone who has offered ideas, and to advise everyone to keep them coming. Any idea is a good idea, so feel free to call any negotiation committee member with ideas. You can also email any ideas to LU18contractteam@yahoo.com. Formal negotiations have begun with the contractors on March 5th, 2008. Please remember to wear your green shirts every friday in a show of solidarity. If you haven't recieved one yet, you will be getting one soon.
